In the very beginning of June Absolut has launched its new “city” vodka – Absolut Brooklyn, created in a collaboration with the well-known director Spike Lee.

Its label has a very special design enriched with details from the Spike Lee’s life, such as a house number 165 (which is the real number of the Lee’s house), but nevertheless the main subject is Brooklyn itself, its character, the style of its parties, the spirit of people who live there.

All these features the brand plans to uncover in a new online project BrooklynStoopLife.com connected with Facebook, Flickr and Twitter.

It contains words on stoop parties to be held this summer and bloggers’ stories about their love for Brooklyn and, of course, all these facts and infos could be shared with friends on Facebook .



Also, the brand prepared new cocktails with Absolut Brooklyn. For instance, here is the recipe of the “Absolut Brooklyn Stoop Party”:

1 part Absolut Brooklyn;
1 part Cranberry Juice;
1 part Ginger Ale;

Build over ice in highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
