Barilla presented a new online project devoted to the art of Italian cuisine – “Academia Barilla “.

Now it has Academia Barilla Online Gastronomic Library (pic.) with a collection of over 8 500 books that range from general cookbooks to specialized Italian culinary histories.

For those who are fond of historical aspects, Barilla has historical menus such as menus of the Italian Government dated 1883 and vintage advertising since 1890.

As for recipes, they could be searched by region, by course, by season and occasion, by difficulty and preparation time.
