In summer, 2008, the future Coca-Cola’s sponsorship of the 2010 football World Cup in South Africa and the Muslim festival of Ramadan became two causes for Coca-Cola to create one more special edition of Coca-Cola cans.

agency: Attik

The football cans will be launched in Africa while Ramadan packages (pic.) will be sold in Turkey, Middle East (Saudi, UAE, Bahrain, Oman), Pakistan, Indonesia, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Egypt. Both versions were designed by Attik.

"It's great to be involved in a project of this magnitude not only because it involves the highest profile brand in the world and the fact we will communicate our design language to millions of people worldwide, but it's also football - a subject very close to our hearts”, - said James Sommerville, Attik Creative Director.

It is known that Attik has also created the visual identity system for Coke's Christmas that would be revealed later.
