On March 28th from 8:30 till 9:30 p.m. Coca-Cola will turn off its neon lights at Piccadilly Circus, the most neon square in Great Britain.
In this way the brand will support the Earth Hour that is held by WWF. The aim of this year is to gather one billion like-minded people across the world and, correspondingly, one billion being turned off lights.
Also, a special ad, dedicated to the Earth Hour, was created and now set at Piccadilly Circus.
It should be marked that it will be only the third time since the Second World War that the sign will be switched off. But the place to inform as much people as possible was chosen in a right way – according to the statistics, about 60% of Londoners visit this square at least one time a week.
