Geox sells its factory in Romania.

It is situated in Timisoara and produces one million pairs of shoes annually.

The new owner of the facility is Vicenzo Tagliaboschi.

The partners do not disclose the value of the deal. The only detail is the factory will remain the status of one of the suppliers of Geox shoes.
