The domain name dispute Diageo Ireland v. Guinnessclaim WIPO D2009-0679 has ended in the Diageo’s favour.

Rights for the domain guinnessclaim.com registered in September, 2008 via Tucows are transferred to Diageo, the owner of Guinness, because “the disputed domain contain the Guinness mark with the addition of the non-distinctive term “claim” at the end”.
It should be marked that guinnessclaim.com was used for an email scam.
