GQ announced the winner of the third annual Best New Menswear Designers in America project.

This title and a $50 000 cash prize were granted to Billy Reid, which usually describes his style in the following way: “I was raised in the South and I live the South, so I guess my clothes do have that vibe”.

To prove this fact one more time the famous designer is going very soon: as a winner of the GQ contest, he will create a limited edition collection for Levi’s.

Levi’s in a south style should be waited this fall, and some models will be featured in the September 2010 issue of GQ.
