McDonald’s celebrates the 30th anniversary of Happy Meal.

To mark the date, the brand launched a special online-project with some facts from the Happy Meal biography.

For instance, one could know that the idea of Happy Meal was offered by Advertising Director Dick Brams; that first Happy Meal packs were decorated with illustrations of a circus wagon; that Chicken McNuggets were added to Happy Meal only in 1984 and others.

Also, in July McDonald’s along with Sperling’s BestPlaces will unveil the rating of the happiest American cities for families.
