Through its professional arm, Nestle Professional North America, Nestle acquires Vitality Food Service , the provider of beverage solutions to the foodservice industry worldwide (pic.).

It is informed that the acquisition is supposed to be finished before the end of the year. It will strengthen Nestle Professional’s North America division of 900 employees with 700 Vitality employees, but doesn’t include the Vitality European manufacturing and distribution business.

The acquisition price has not been disclosed.
