Following the ancient quote as for compromises (“if the mountain won't come to Muhammed, Muhammed will go to the mountain”), Nestle created and sailed on the Brazilian Amazon the branded floating supermarket.

The Nestle Ate Voce a Bordo (Nestle Takes You Onboard) barge will journey to 18 small cities from July 1 for nearly 3 weeks, docking one day in each city in order to sell Nestle products.

As you see (pic.), it looks like an ordinary store inside – unless the distance between trade shells are smaller.

Nestle Brazil tells, the barge is the result of the Nestle Regionalisation concept, based on the different profiles of consumers in each region where Nestle works.

It is estimated, that this way Nestle plans to reach about 800 000 customers.
