The plant is situated in Shanghai and is a result of around 18 million euros investments of Beiersdorf. It will produce Nivea products (Nivea for Men, Nivea body and Nivea Visage) that are specially developed for the Asian market.
It is known that the initial annual output will be 15 000 tons but it can be expanded to up to 25 000 tons per year.
