Philips buys Ilte Luce, one of the leading LED design companies in Europe.

Upon closing of this transaction, Ilte Luce will be a part of the Professional Luminaires business within the Philips Lighting sector.

It should be marked that history of Ilti Luce began in 1989. Now it employs around 30 employees while its works light many historical places of the world, such as, for example, the Egyptian museum in Turin and the Vatican Necropolis in Vatican City, Italy.
