It would be very strange if to the premiere of the “Alice in Wonderland” none of brands created a “special” tea.
Just because the whole chapter of the Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” is connected with tea.
Do you remember this Mad Tea-Party?
“There was a table set out under a tree in front of the house, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it: a Dormouse was sitting between them, fast asleep, and the other two were using it as a cushion, resting their elbows on it, and talking over its head…”
Well, this did Tetley, which launched a special limited edition collection of tins and canisters of tea depicting Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Red Queen and the White Rabbit.
The collection includes Tetley Orange Pekoe and three new Wonderland-inspired blends: Tetley English Breakfast, Tetley Green Tea with Lemon and Tetley Red Tea with Orange (pic.).
Also, in Canada the brand prepares Tetley Mad Hatter Tea Parties.
