This year the “Playboy Club” concept, one of the most successful financial ideas of Hew Hefner, celebrates the 50th anniversary.
The first club was opened on February 29th, 1960 and so Zippo decided to mark this age by launching a limited edition collection of Zippo lighters.
Of course, they feature vintage images of Playboy Bunnies, waitresses at the Playboy Club, in their famous patented uniforms: a merry widow corset, satin bunny ears and cotton tails. This uniform is represented in the collections of famous world museums, such as, for instance, the Smithsonian and the Chicago History Museum.
