Researches found that iPhone users were high satisfacted with the product (pic.). The number of such consumers is equal to 80%.
Also, iPhone users are quite young. About a half of iPhone users are under age 30 and about 15% of iPhone owners are students. Besides, at least 75% of US iPhone users are previous Apple customers with iPods or Macintosh computers.
40% of being surveyed said that would add new software applications to their iPhones and 40% of respondents informed the iPhone had trouble displaying some websites they wanted to visit.
E-mail became the number 1 non-voice function (it means reading but not writing e-mails). About 72% of users surveyed do it on their iPhone at least once a day. Also, 50% of iPhone owners use them to read e-books.
About 50% of iPhones replaced conventional mobile phones, 40% replaced smartphones, and 10% replaced nothing. In average, one in five iPhones was received as a gift.
